Small Italian Painting in a Dutch Golden Age Style - Original Oil on Hardboard

Nice little Dutch style painting by an Italian artist.  Original oil on hardboard in a hand carved wooden frame. Signed "William" on the bottom right hand side.  Certificate and guarantee of authenticity is labeled on the back in Italian, dated 1971.

In very good vintage condition with a tiny bit of wear noted to the frame.
