The Navy Ships Parts Control Center (SPCC), established in 1945 in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, was a massive 824-acre facility dedicated to the global management and supply of repair parts for U.S. Navy vessels. It served as a critical, pioneering logistical hub, eventually merging in the 1990s to form what is now NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS).
